The Mykidstime Galway City Museum Kids Activity Sheet was launched at Galway City Museum on Saturday 3rd May 2008.  Created by two local children, Blythe Stewart aged 6 from Oranmore and Alannah Neff aged 7 from Connemara, the Sheet gives kids the chance to be a "Museum Detective" as they try to find interesting things in the museum and answer questions and draw and colour.   We hope you will visit the Museum and try out the Sheet for yourselves!

Galway City Museum is located at the Spanish Arch in Galway.  The museum houses three floors of exhibits and information panels, relating the story of Galway from medieval times to the modern day.

The ground floor tells the story of contemporary Galway, with special emphasis on the role that the arts play in the city.

The first floor brings medieval Galway life in a very contemporary way, while the second floor houses an exhibition on the Claddagh village, from post famine times to the early part of the last century.
