Page 1 of 2 Homemade Sausages
![]() Most children love sausages, as do adults, however I am quite concerned about the ingredients used in commercial sausages. Apart from the obviously high fat content they usually contain high volumes of salt, these home-made ones taste delicious and only take a few minutes to prepare. Makes 16 – Serves 8 Place all the ingredients above, except the oil, into a large bowl and mix really well with your hands or a wooden spoon. Divide the mixture into 16 pieces and roll into a sausage shape
Heat some oil in your frying pan and cook until golden on all sides. ![]() Kids love little buns at parties and these lemon ones go down particularly well, with the delicious lemony icing. I bought lots of different and unusual colours from online cookshop www.cccshop.co.uk who deliver to Ireland e.g. baby blue, purple

Bake for 15 - 20 minutes in total. Or until risen and golden. Cool on a wire rack.
